Location: Nuneaton
Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
About the Role
Thrive Personnel is recruiting a reliable and motivated Night Warehouse Supervisor to join our client’s team in Nuneaton. You will oversee the night shift, ensuring smooth operations, meeting targets, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment, while supporting the team with hands-on warehouse tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and leading the night warehouse team to meet operational goals
- Planning workloads, delegating tasks, and monitoring team performance
- Ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on schedule
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping
- Reporting on shift performance, incidents, and stock discrepancies
- Supporting the team with warehouse duties when necessary
- Coaching and motivating staff to maintain productivity and efficiency
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Supervisory or team leader experience preferred
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
- Physically fit and capable of occasional heavy lifting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to motivate a team
