Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
- Help deliver on a range of logistics and industrial projects
- Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
- Produce construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Undertake site visits and meetings to ensure technical compliance and successful project delivery
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Degree within architectural technology
- Relevant post qualification experience within a technician role within the UK
- Proficient with Revit
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Experience working on projects within the Commercial sector
- Strong technical and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
